It is hard to take risks, increase your influence, and ask for what you want when plagued by self-doubt and self-criticism. To reach your goals, you must learn how to quell the voice of the inner critic and turn up the volume on your inner champion.

Session 1. – Introduction
Session 2.- What is Inner Critic and how does yours show up?
Session 3.- Who are you when you are not being hijacked by your inner critic?
Session 4.- Getting to know your Inner Champion
Session 5.- Discuss how the Inner Champion can be a resource to you
Session 6.- Additional tools to tame inner critic
Session 7.- Final activity

As President of Your Voice Your Vision, Inc., Cheryl Rice inspires women to be leaders in their own lives. For over 20 years she has helped women cultivate leadership presence, develop confidence, and establish mindful approaches to work and life.  Clients include:  Pfizer, Campbell’s Soup Company, and the Wharton School. Cheryl has held significant positions in the healthcare, and financial services industries including Director of Organization Development for AstraZeneca, and AVP of Leadership Development at ACE International.

Cheryl is the author of the memoir, Where Have I Been All My Life?. and has had essays in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Chicago Tribune, and Maria Shriver’s blog, Architects of Change. In 2016 Cheryl founded the You Matter Marathon, a global kindness and community- building program. Cheryl holds MS degrees in Counseling and in Organization Development. She is a certified coach, has a certificate in Positive Psychology and has taught university classes.
