This gentle yoga is geared towards beginners and seasoned yogis alike looking to improve flexibility, focus, and overall wellbeing. Participants will be guided through a series of accessible yoga postures and techniques, known for their therapeutic benefits. Beth offers individual hands-on attention to support a safe and nurturing yoga experience. Classes will be held outside, weather permitting. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water, and dress in layers. Cook and master gardener, Leslie Porreca, RSM, will end each class with a mini-session on making energizing smoothies using some ingredients from our garden.
