Sister Mary Trainer, RSM
Director

Sister Mary is the Founding Director of Cranaleith Spiritual Center. She brings her background in organizational development and spirituality into her ministry of Leadership Development with the staff of groups serving the poor, as well as into her work with leaders in business and the professions through the Center’s Work & Spirit programs. Sister Mary held the role of Director of Leadership Development at Catholic Health East, a multi-hospital system, and as the Director of Mission and Values at Eastern Mercy Health System. Sister Mary has 26 years worth of experience in governance, serving on Boards of Directors of health systems and educational institutions. She earned a Ph.D. in social psychology from Boston University and a certificate in spiritual guidance from Shalem Institute.

Sister Maria DiBello, RSM
Program Director

Sister Maria is Director of Programming for Cranaleith. She received an M.A. degree in Religious Studies from Villanova University and holds certificates in Spanish Language, Theology and Spiritual Direction. Her experience includes education, parish adult faith formation and house of prayer ministry. Sister Maria served in pastoral leadership for many years in a setting of cultural diversity in the rural South. Currently, she is a retreat facilitator and spiritual director who teaches Prayer on the faculty of the Philadelphia Archdiocesan Church Ministry Program.
